ORDER POLICY

For customers within Australia

No minimum amount applies to your order. You can order as much or as little as you like. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST. A flat rate postage cost of $6.00 applies to all orders and will be added to your order total at check out. Your postage will be free for all orders over $250.00 and for all gift vouchers over $150.00, the recipient of the voucher will received free postage for their purchases.

For customers outside Australia

We are unable to process international orders however, you may place an order as a gift to someone in Australia.

Where and how to order

Simply click on the categories from the menu on the left and start browsing. Each item will have a "more info" button where you can learn more about the product. When you see an item you want to buy, click the "buy" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. Continue this process until you have finished. When you have finished shopping, click on "View Cart" in the top menu and it will show you what you have ordered. When you are happy, click "Proceed to checkout" and follow the prompts. You will be asked to complete some personal details including you name and address and you will be asked how you would like to pay for the order. Select the method of payment and follow the prompts.

Due to our committment to ensure that your details are secure and safe, we will not take orders via the internet or telephone. We pay for a Secure Shopping Cart to ensure that all your personal information, including your credit card details are safe. If you feel that this way of shopping is inpersonal, we understand, however your security is our priority.

Gift vouchers

If you purchase a gift voucher only (no products), you can use the promotion code voucher2009 to reduce postage to $1.50. Free postage will be given to the receipient of all vouchers valued $150.00 and over. If ordering a gift voucher and other products, the normal postage flat rate of $6.00 applies. This service has been provided on a trust basis however,if it is determined that you have attempted to take advantage of this, Fern Gully Massage Therapy reserves the right request appropriate postage payment or cancel your order.

POSTAGE

Dispatch of your order

Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post regular mail satchel within 48 hours of your payment clearing. A flat rate postage fee of $6.00 applies to all orders. If you require express posting or registered mail, please email us for a quote.

Delivery

We endevour to post your order within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment. Orders are processed and dispatched during business hours only. Once you item is posted, delivery time will be dependant on Australia Post. Please be aware that during peak times, postage can take longer. If ordering for Christmas please allow at least 10 days from the time your order. Although we attempt to keep to your times frames, no responsibility can be taken for order time frames as once it leaves our premesis it is out of our control.
If ordering a large quantity of products, you may be required to collect your parcel from your local post office. In this case, a card will be left by Australia Post at your address to advise you of this.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Refunds

Do to the nature of the Essential Oil products, if you change your mind, we are unable to refund you or accept returns as we can not guaruntee that the product has remained unopened and unused. We will accept returns on our Vapourisers and Oil Burners subject to them being returned unopened and unused.

Goods Damaged inTransit

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.

Method of Refunds

Fern Gully Massage Therapy will refund to your credit card, bank account (if provided with your account details), PayPal or a credit voucher to be used at essentialoilshop.com.au.

How to Make a Return

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in the condition that it was received with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
