Physical Wellbeing 

Adults: To relieve PRE-MENSTRUAL symptoms, in particular CRAMPS. Massage into the stomach area in a clockwise direction twice daily. For relief of BREAST TENDERNESS: massage over the whole of the breast area in circular movements once a day. May assist in the management of MENOPAUSE and the relief of HOT FLUSHES associated with menopause.
